Refund Policy

Welcome to Matrix Pro Leads - a division of Print Buyers Club Inc.


Since Matrix Pro Leads is selling a digital product that customers and or its affiliates have instant access to, and for which the intended use is outside of the scope of what Matrix Pro Leads can control, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the product is sent by email or physically shipped by our carriers.


As a customer or affiliate, you agree to this refund policy and understand that upon making a purchase on our website and acknowledge the agreement at checkout, you are hereby agreeing to this refund policy.


We are however, confident you will love our leads services. All our leads come with Two Guarantees so you are covered no matter how you use them.


1. "NIXIE" GUARANTEE - If you use our leads for Direct Mail and get a returned mail piece back because of a bad address(also known as a "NIXIE"), we will refund $0.50 for each one you send back to us with the yellow "Nixie" label.   


2. "TWO-FOR-ONE" GUARANTEE - If you use email marketing or like to prospect over the phone, we will replace every bad email address or bad phone number with two new leads.


All returns must be authorized by Matrix Pro Leads prior to returning the leads for refund or exchange. Customer Service will make available to you a "Return Merchandize Authorization Number" or "RMA" number. This number is to be displayed on the outside shipping carton.

Customer and or Affiliate is solely responsible for shipping cost associated with returned items to Matrix Pro Leads. Once we receive your return, we will gladly exchange your item(s) or refund your money based on what is received back.


Refunds may be settled using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase.         


Damaged or Undelivered Product:


If product is damaged or defective, you are responsible to contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a RMA for the product and gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.


In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
